Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or in person. Pure Wax London reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow sufficient time to complete or update any required consultation, consent, or medical information forms.
Arrival Times
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or may be required to reschedule. Full treatment charges may still apply where lateness affects the appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in a cancellation fee or, where a package is held, the deduction of one session. Pure Wax London reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment cost for repeated no-shows. For package holders, please also refer to the Package Policy.
Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer, and secure payment links. American Express is not accepted. If a payment system failure occurs, an alternative payment method may be requested before leaving the salon.
4A. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Pure Wax London directly regarding any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal. Pure Wax London reserves the right to challenge any unjustified chargeback and recover any associated costs, fees, losses, and outstanding balances where permitted by law. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future bookings being refused.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply. Promotions, discounts, and offers cannot be applied retrospectively.
Health & Medical Information
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and health information before treatment. Pure Wax London accepts no responsibility for complications arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information.
Patch Tests
Where a patch test is required or recommended, treatment may be refused if the patch test has not been completed. Where a client chooses to proceed against professional advice and signs the relevant waiver, they do so at their own risk.
Treatment Suitability
Pure Wax London reserves the right to refuse, modify, discontinue, or terminate treatment where it is considered unsafe, medically unsuitable, or not in the client’s best interests.
Results
Treatment results vary between individuals. No guarantees are given regarding treatment outcomes, duration of results, or the number of sessions required to achieve desired results.
Age Restrictions
Clients under 16 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Certain treatments may require a parent or guardian to be present.
10A. Children
Children must not be left unattended anywhere within the salon. For health, safety, and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless they are receiving treatment themselves.
Conduct
Pure Wax London operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse treatment and remove any individual from the premises.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Pure Wax London accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property whilst on the premises.
Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken for treatment records and progress monitoring with the client’s consent. Marketing use of photographs will only occur with separate consent. Refusal of photography will not affect eligibility for treatment.
Privacy
Personal information is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on how we collect, use, and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.
Complaints
Any concerns regarding treatment or service should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and, where practicable, within 48 hours of the appointment to allow prompt investigation and resolution.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For further information on your rights, visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
Package Policy
Clients purchasing treatment packages are also subject to the Pure Wax London Package Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. The Package Policy governs session validity, cancellations within packages, refunds, and transferability. Please ensure you have read and understood the Package Policy prior to purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Wax London’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the treatment giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking, purchasing, or receiving any treatment or service from Pure Wax London, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
